FABIOLA VIDAL MARTINEZ

MOTHER – WIFE – ENTREPRENEUR – WOMAN

I traveled 5 thousand kilometers from Patagonia to the desert, to get to form my family in this land, I arrived in the month of January when Arica dressed up for carnival leaving engraved in my head the sounds of the dances, the music and the colors....

Arica made me discover a wonderful world of culture and history but at the same time it made me forget a little about my roots and along with that my creativity began to fade.

There came a time when this great change took its toll on me and I began to feel a lot of fear, anguish and sadness, after 3 years I knew that I was suffering from panic attacks. Something had to be done and medication was not on my wish list.

It was at that moment that I felt the need to recover what one day made me vibrate, that was to dig deep inside my heart and my memories again, beginning to flourish again creativity.

Children's toys managed to awaken in me that universe of imagination that was always there, but it was not just any toy, it was the fauna of this beautiful region that welcomed me that had to reach the children... that same fauna that is in so many tales and stories of the Andean worldview of Arica and Parinacota.

My intention was to rescue the feeling of attachment in children and over the years I have also found the feeling of attachment in adults.
