Although Anjar Chocolatier emerged from my entrepreneurial spirit and a Covid stimulus check, the story behind my love for chocolate did not start with me.

In 1929, my great-grandfather, a German immigrant to Brazil, founded his candy business, which was in my family for 60 years. 

With chocolate already in my blood, I committed to learning the craft. After achieving my certificate in French Chocolate and Confectionary Arts at Ecole Ducasse, I founded Anjar Chocolatier, where I use the highest quality ingredients to showcase my skill and bring homage to my multicultural history
