Antep cheese, which is named after the province of Gaziantep, is geographically indicated. Antep cheese, which is one of our local and organic products, is consumed abundantly in Gaziantep, and salty pickled Antep cheese is preferred for breakfast. Pickled cheese is made with plenty of salt to withstand the hot weather of Gaziantep, it is sliced and kept in hot water for a few minutes to reduce the excess salt content of the cheese and soften.
Depending on the season, it can vary from cow, sheep or goat. (Please specify your special demands.)
We send Antep cheese, which we store in glass jars, in plastic jars to avoid problems in shipping.
