PRODUCTION PROCESS
ALITA Selection is a line of naturally fermented sparkling wine produced using Charmat method. Taste variety of this line is based on distinctive characters of different grape varieties dominating in the wine. Dominating grape varieties in this blend is ‘Pinot Noir’ and ‘Chardonnay’.

Taste: Dry
Aroma: of blooming melons, apples and flowers
Color: shining light gold
PATTERN OF CONSUMPTION
Goes well with snacks, smoked eel, seafood, fish, eggs and poultry dishes. Good as aperitif. Best served chilled at 8 °C.
