PRODUCTION PROCESS
White sparkling wine with natural fermentation. Produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for at least 30 days.

PATTERN OF CONSUMPTION
Proper with desserts, sweet ripe fruits, suitable for sole consumption. We recommend serve chilled to 8 °C.
